新加坡公司的知识点充斥着各种媒体，然而很多信息都过时了，有的信息明显有误，百利来希望为大家更新与巩固新加坡公司的正确知识点。

基础篇

1.与香港公司不同，新加坡公司没有中文名，只有英文名，私人有限公司名称结尾必须是PTE.LTD，所有英文都必须是大写，不能大小写混合，不能小写。

2.与香港公司不同，加上类似Singapore、Group、International这些修饰字号的字眼被视作与纯字号重名，也就是说不能在已经在册的新加坡公司字号后面加上诸如International Group等作为新公司的名称。

3.与香港公司类似，有些公司名称需要特别审批或者前置许可，比普通名字审核需要多14到60天。在下文会详细列出。

4.与香港公司不同，新加坡公司可以通过付费预留名称，最长可以保留120天。

5.与香港公司类似，除了与在册的和预留的公司名重名外，如果公司名称有不良影响，或者与财政部注册的淡马锡（Temasek）名称相似，或者与知名商标相似的，或者让消费者产生来源误导的名称，都不会被准予注册。

进阶篇

1.拟用公司名称含有“architect”或者相关词语，除非提交人是注册建筑师。

2.拟用名称含有 “RealEstate Agent” 或 "Real Estate Agency"并且从事房产中介业务的。

转介到Council for Estate Agencies (CEA)

3.经营范围涉及 “spotcommodity trading” 与/或“rubber” 可能需要Commodity Trading Act (Cap. 48A) (“CTA”)与/或Rubber Industry Act (Cap. 280) (“RIA”)牌照。

名字含有 "Academy","College", "Institute", “Institution","University"; and "National", "Singapore"一般不会获批。

7.拟用公司名称含有"Association of Southeast Asian Nations" 或"ASEAN".

转介到Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) – ASEANNational Secretariat, Singapore

8.拟用公司名称含有法律相关的名称，如“Law”,“Legal”, “Counsel”, “Chamber”, “Advocate”, “Solicitor”, “Law Corporation”, 或“LLC”。

经营范围与编码:

69100 (Legal Activities)

转介到Ministry of Law (MinLaw) – LegalServices Regulatory Authority (LSRA)

9.拟用公司名称含有

"Bank"或者近似的词语 (如"banking", "banque","banco", "Bancaire”, “Banca” and “Banche”)

"Finance Company" 和 "Finance"
